LG 4k Monitors (x2) set at native 3840x2160 w/150% desktop (I think this might be important since the defualt resolution keeps jumping back to 2880 which is how windows is rendering when at 150%)

Happy new year !

I've looked at the crash dump - it looks like the crash originates in something called the LG OnScreen Control, rather than in the game. I believe this process attaches to the game for the purpose of rendering some kind of HUD, but crashes somewhere in Windows internals (ntdll etc). I would suggest disabling it if you don't use it.
